Custom Youtube Algorithm with Multiplayer Use Case

I am frustrated with the Youtube Algorithm. There is no query language I can use to create my own custom feeds. There is no way to tag or create lists of Channels. There is no way to filter out specific kinds of videos. I should be able to share my youtube subscriptions with a friend and see which ones they end up looking at. Same as the Question Engine User Stories
