MM-NIP-01 - Document ID Based Wiki
Basically the same thing as NIP-54 except using a tag such as di for "Document ID" which would be the random string (uuid) used to link to the document. And all the markdown links to other pages would use a new version of NIP-19 bech32 encoded entities.
